HERE ARE SOME OF OUR FAMOUS RELATIVES THAT WE HAVE ON OUR "FAMILY TREE". A LOT OF RESEARCH!

I have done many years of research, there are still many Kings, Queens, ...etc. that I haven't added to this list yet. We have our tree researched clear back to YES.... to the year 0018. Believe me it wasn't easy. Years, Years and More Years of Research. I started this research because my dad didn't know who his dad was. I know that I have found him. His name is the same as my dad's and I know from dad's birth certificate where he was from. I found only one gentleman named Leroy Kannedy Sr. in Kingman Co. Kansas. I have people disagreeing with my find on him. Because this gentleman was married to someone else. He was a truck driver, GIVE ME A BREAK. I know it's him! So I have agreed to remove him. But, until I have prof it's not him I refuse to remove him from my privite records. My dad's birth name was Leroy Kannedy Jr. Until his Military Records were burned in the Record Building back east and dad never changed their mistake on his name.

Mama, I Miss You!

I wish Heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again. I thought of you today, but that is nothing new, I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part. God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart.....But I Still Miss You Mama! ♥

A Moment Of A Memory

I drove up beside my sister one day in Caldwell several years ago and rolled my window down and told her, "Your wheels are turning!" She motioned for me to pull off the road with her.I did. She got out of the car and asked me what was wrong with her wheels, I looked at her and said "well they aren't doing it now", she said "what aren't they doing?", I said "they were turning before you stopped, they aren't now" she proceed to run after me and almost caught up with me cause I was laughing so hard
I remembered this story when I was instant messaging with my dearest friend Glena, thanks!

My Amanda Rae's, 53rd Birthday Present For Me Was An Over 2 Hour Trip To Some Hot Springs, Thank You Sweetie

My daughter, Amanda Rae, who I almost lost to a kidnapper when she was in Kindergarden, wanted to take me to some hot springs for her birthday present to me. It was over a 2 hour trip. Washboard dirt road. But well worth the drive. Beautiful country. On the way up there we spotted a huge cave in the cliff side of the road. We stopped and that is the photo of Amanda Rae climbing up towards the cave.
There was a couple of kids about Amanda's age that was camped not too far from the hot springs. One of their name's is Jacob and he and Amanda hit it off very well, the other one didn't stick around. Jacob and Amanda even exchange phone numbers. He plays drums and guitar. Amanda's dad has given her a drum set a year or so ago. Jacob wants to help Amanda learn how to play. Thank You, My Amanda Rae for a very special day with you. I had a blast and I loved spending the day with you.

My Response to All My Face Book Family and Friends:
I want to Thank Every One Of My Facebook Friends and Family for all of the Happy Birthday Wishes. I never thought that so many would be there. You "All" Sure Know How To Make A Girl Feel Special. I had a Great 53 Birthday. Thank You All!
The photo's above are of my Birthday Cake that my bosses from work (Southside Floral) got me.
And the 3-D plague is One of my birthday presents from my husband! This is the type of man he is, on our very first date I wore a white dress. He wears hats (couple of them are like the one the guy wears in this picture) and my husband always wears suspenders. This reminded him of us. Now how super special is this? Mighty!!!!!

I had the most amazing 53rd Birthday, my husband even took me out to dinner to my most favorite place to eat, "The Golden Corral". I Love My Life!

(NOTE) The plaque, I have loaded on here several different ways, made it smaller, flipped it on it's side, upside down and I don't understand why my blog wants to keep putting it in the wrong position. Apparently it has a mind of it's own for how this picture should be today, WHAT THE HECK, Oh well, I tried and guess it's just going to have to be. Sorry that you have to lay on your side to view it. LOL

Poems Written By My Daughter And I That Was Published In A Coffee Table Book

Back about 1999 or 2000, don't exactly remember. I had wrote a poem to my youngest daughter Amanda Rae, called "Amanda Rae, My Little One" and she wrote one in response to my poem called "Thank You".
I sent these 2 poems to Poetry.com. We both won and what we got was our poems published in what is called "A Coffee Table Book". Here are those 2 poems.

"Amanda Rae, My Little One"
Amanda Rae, she's my little one!
On her special little throne she sits upon,
Just for her it was made.
She's the last little part of me I help make.
Born of such beauty,
with hazel eyes such as I.
And hair of golden hue.
She will always be my Little One!
Hope she knows how much she is LOVED
And how much I so miss my
Amanda Rae, my Little One!
I LOVE YOU...
Always,
MOM

Her response poem

"Thank You"
Thank you for the day I was born,
Thank you for my first word,
Thank you for the day my fish died,
Thank you for everything I tried,
Thank you for the day I say my vows,
Thank you for my first house,
Thank you for me,
Thank you for you.

The Attempted Kidnapping At Centennial Elementary, Nampa, Idaho Of My Little Amanda Rae

On October 11th. 1993 Stephanie Craine, age 9 was kidnapped in Challis, Idaho. My husband's best friend was the Detective that was working on that case. This case was never solved. I never thought in a million years this could ever happen to me. The reason my memory recalls this so well is because in March of 1994, my Stephanie was in the 1st grade and Little Amanda Rae was in Kindergarden at the Centennial Elementary School here in Nampa, Idaho. I will never forget this day and I know Amanda Rae will never forget it either. This is what happened.
A week before this had happened there was an attempted kidnapping on a teenage girl over in Boise, it failed. But same description of the car and the man driving it tried to get my daughter, too.
The school had an area for the buses only, no vehicle are allow in this area! All the kids that rides buses wait in the lines. And for unknown reasons there weren't any school monitors near by on this day.
A black Monte Carlo drove into the bus area, right next to the buses. A man wearing a black cap, a black t-shirt with an eagle in the back, black jeans and the thing that Amanda will remember forever are the snake skin cowboy looking boots this man was wearing. This mans hair had probably been dyed, because his beard was salt and peppered. This with what the police said, because his hair the week before was salt and peppered then.
This man got out of his car, walked over to my Little Amanda Rae, who was standing in the bus line, grabbed her, taking her to his car. He proceeded to try to put her in his car. Thank God for a young man who was sitting on his front step across from the school, saw this little girl who was not wanting to get put in this car, realizing some thing was wrong. He sent his girlfriend's sister into the house to call the police and he came running, making a commotion so someone would notice this guy trying to put this little girl in the car that she didn't want to get into. The guy let Amanda go and she ran to find her sister. Mike, the young man who came to Amanda's rescue knew that he needed to get the license plate, but there was none on the front or back!!!!!!! This car and man drove off and disappeared never to be seen again, at least not in this area!
The police shortly arrived, some went to search for that car, not to be found. We spent a lot of time with the police that day. A day that will never, ever be forgotten! I almost lost my little girl that day and she almost lost us! I never dreamed that this would happen to me or anyone else I knew. It just doesn't happen that way, right? WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! The next day, half of the front page of our local newspaper was about this attempted kidnapping of Little Amanda Rae.
A week later in Ontario, Oregon a young boy wasn't so lucky! They were pretty sure it was the same man and car. I never heard if they ever found that little boy. God I hope so. And I, have never gotten word that they have ever found this man. I hope somewhere that they have and put him 6 feet under! I pray that he isn't out there somewhere. There was an Angel there that day, his name is Mike!!!!

My Cure For "Mom, I Forgot My Homework At Home, Can You Bring It To School For Me" Blues

My son, Jeremy always did his homework, NEVER forgot to take it to school! BUT.... his sisters weren't so lucky! Stephanie only a couple of times but my Dear Little Amanda Rae was ALWAYS FORGETTING her home work at home.
We was living in Santa Rosa, California. The girls were going to the Sheppard Elementary School. Great school, I must say.
I would get a phone call in the morning from my Little Amanda Rae. Telling me that she forgot her homework could I please bring it to school. We lived walking distant, but I had a bicycle that I usually rode. This happened more than enough times, I had to come up with a new idea, because grounding didn't work, not getting to do some fun things didn't work. So I put my little head to work on my new idea.
And this is what I did..... AND IT WORKED....IT REALLY WORKED.... SO WELL THAT THE TEACHER'S STARTED TELLING OTHER PARENT'S WHAT I DID, SO THEY COULD USE IT, TOO!!!!
Each time I got that phone call.....
I would either put a couple of hair rollers in my hair on one side and rat the other side, every time I would mix it up, I would roll up "one" pant leg, with "a" wild stripped color sock on that foot, and "a" solid color of sock on the other foot, this pant leg normal. One time I wore shoes that didn't match, my shirt partly untuck, wear my makeup only on one side and not the other, even wore a "Jester" hat once or twice. Anything that would be out of the norm for me. And I gladly went to her school and straight to her class room and WALKED RIGHT IN!!!! I always rode my bike, actually it was a lot of fun. BUT GUESS WHAT! THE PHONE CALLS ENDED, SHE LEARNED THAT SHE BETTER TAKE HER HOMEWORK TO SCHOOL BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HER MOM WOULD COME UP WITH NEXT.
The Sheppard Elementary Teachers were amazed in my effort and how well it really worked. They told me that they were telling other parents who had the same problem, of what I had done and how well and quickly it worked.
I Love My Kids and I Would Do Anything That Will Help Them To Get It Right!
And this is my story!

As The Head Lights Hit The Wall, I Knew It Was A Police Car Sitting In My Driveway

It was about 1993. My kids and I loved to drag out our pillows and blankets, lay on the livingroom floor, snuggle up and watch tv together. We did this a lot. Yes...Little Mermaid and what ever they wanted to watch, even if we've watched it a million times before. Or I would read to them.
But on this certain night it was just Stephanie about 7 years old and Amanda Rae about 4 years old and myself. Jeremy was 16 years old and out with his friends. The girls had fell asleep so I turn off the lights and the tv, laid with them as they loved to cuddle.
I don't remember what time it was when the living room door opened. I could tell by the light that had hit the living room wall... was that of a police car. Jeremy says to me, "Don't get up mom, I will tell you in a minute what happened", I asked him "Is that a Policeman outside?" "Yes" he tells me. He promised to tell me what was happening and I knew that he would and be honest about it, he has never lied to me. Still to this day and he's 32 now, hasn't!
So...my son goes through the house, flipping on all the lights and hollering "Mom?" as he did. After doing this he goes back outside and talks with the Officer. My son comes back into the house, shutting the door behind him. He sits down beside me and tells me the whole story, how he was at a party, the Police showed up and busted it up. The Officer that brought Jeremy home was one that I knew because we got to know a lot of them when there was a drive by shooting of Jeremy's sister, Stacie's home. Jeremy told me the whole story, this Officer wanted to talk to me but Jeremy wanted to tell me first. That's why he came into the house and did as he did. Jeremy told the Officer that he would have me call him in the morning, that he promised he would tell me everything, he never broke that promise. I called that Officer that next morning. Everything was okay! I am VERY PROUD OF MY SON!

Happy Easter Mama, R.I.P. (My letter to my mama)

Dear Mama,
Heaven 2001, R.I.P.
Written Easter Sunday, March 4th, 2010
Hi mama,
Lillian and I came to see you today. We placed 3 beautiful roses in your vase. One for Lillian and her families. One for Debbie and her family. And one from Me and my families.
Then Lillian and I went to the Sportsman's Bar where you and dad (Bill) use to go. We had one beer together, (something her and I have never done before) and talked about how we missed you. I couldn't get her to play a game of pool with me though. LOL.
Mama... I miss you so, so much. A lot has happened since you went away. The day of your funeral one of your tulips actually came out and bloomed in the snow. I knew then you were finally okay and out of pain.
Well, Jeremy grew up to be so handsome, is going to be 33 years old this year. He's still very much in love with Stevanie and and she very much loves him. I'm glad that you were still here when they were married. They have a little boy, his name is "Nike" Jeremy Steven Campbell, (looked so tiny like Jeremy when he has born) yes... Nike like the tennis shoe and that's just how Nike will tell you if you call him Mikey. He is 6 years old now and mama you should see him skate. Yea he skates just like his daddy, though I bet you already know this. Mom, wish you could hold him and tickle him and give him Halloween candy or hide eggs and watch him look for them, watch his eye light up when he sees all those presents on Christmas Day that are for him. He's so adorable mama.
Stephanie grew up to be absolutely beautiful, is now 23 years old, married Jacob DeBerg, she met him at the Campbell's family reunion. He was a friend of Rick, Kathy's husband. In December she had a little baby girl and I got to watch her be born, later I cried that night cause I was wishing you were here. Her name is Araeah Faith DeBerg. She looks like Stephanie, and guess what, you remember how everyone said that she had your lower lip, Araeah has it too! Stephanie and I talk about that a lot. She is so beautiful.
And my little Amanda Rae, she has grown up to be absolutely gorgeous. she's a little lost right now. Could you please keep an eye one her for me. Give her a little guiding, she'll be okay I know. I worry about her and I can't help it, she's my baby girl. She bought a 25th Anniversary Corvette on her 19th birthday, it sits out here at our place, it cost too much to drive. I gave her my old car. Hard to believe she is going to be 21 this month and that really scares me! I am going to take her to the Holiday Inn in Caldwell, so she can get her first Birthday drink at the same place I got mine.
Well, mama a handsome and very sweet and gentle man swept me off my feet, his name is Gerald. He treats me like a queen. I know that you would be very proud of me, I have a 2001 Dodge, Dakota pickup a lot like Lillian's that dad left her when he died. We have a 5 bedroom home with 3 quarters of an acre lawn and 1 quarter of an acre of field and also a 2009 GMC pickup. I still have Little One who was born right after you died.
Well mama, I love you and think of you every single day and talk to you often, I hope that you hear me. Holiday's are still really hard for me. I always seem to cry. I promise to write to you again some day.
I LOVE AND I MISS YOU! Hugs and Kisses
Your Loving Daughter

Yes... My Mama Was A Truck Driver, With 18 Wheels Beneath Me!

I was 21 years old and drove a 1976 Peterbilt Cabover, This truck had a whopping fuel capacity of 450 gallons, had a 15 speed overdrive trans and a 400 Cummins BC 3 engine. There wasn't very many ladies driving back in 1978 when I was. I drove for 3 years for Western Agriculture in Caldwell, Idaho. I hauled McDonald's French Fries out of Simplot's. I first drove on a sleeper team while I was learning. This was before the required CDL's they have now. On the day of my first solo trip which they were sending me to San Francisco, California, oh these guys were good at teaching me good lessons. LOL! The guys got me, my very own cap that said "How's Your Peter Built?" And yes, you bet I wore it! My boss sent me out knowing that if I drove and rested when and where he told me that it would put me in the San Francisco, California area about 3:00 in the afternoon, just in time for the beginning of the 5:00 rush hour! And that is what happened. I inched my way to my destination. OMG. But I did learn.
After a few trips like that, people started calling me "Mama Trucker" and Jeremy... they called him "Pee Wee Trucker". How funny...they called my truck "Play Pen On Wheels". I never drove the winter months, my biggest fear was of jack knifing. NOPE, NOPE!!!! Another big fear was getting a flat on my cab.
One trip coming back from California, I had to stop and pick up some huge plastic containers. At this place, they also made those plastic children's strollers they use at Marine Land in the shape of a Dolphin. These guys thought a lot of Jeremy and enjoyed playing with my little guy, so cute. They let him climb all over one of those dolphin, it hadn't been cut for the legs, no wheels or anything, just fresh out of the mold. Because Jeremy was having so much fun with it the guys decided it needed to follow him home. And that.... it did. For several years we would take that dolphin to the lake so I could push Jeremy around in the water, cause it floated. He played on it for many years. Thank You Guys!
Jeremy is the one in the photo above, he is my son, he is now 32. He was born June of 1977. He was a year old when I started driving. My little guy went with me every where I went...YES... Even on the truck.
My last trip was to California in 1980. I was coming back, 20 miles outside of Fallon, Nevada there is a little hill with a corner and at the bottom is a cattle guard. As soon as my rig got to the cattle guard it died right there in the middle of NOWHERE!!! There just happened to be a wide spot just on the other side of the road so I managed to get my rig coasted that far. There, Jeremy and I sat, not a single car went by finally about an hour of sitting there, another semi went by and I caught him on the CB, asked him to get a hold of a mechanic and ask him to come out, because I had a dead rig. A second one came by and I got a hold of him too on the CB also and asked him to do the same, he said he would. 3 hours we sat there, but my prayers were answered and the mechanic showed up. We rolled my cab up and he managed to get it running... Thank The Good Lord. The mechanic told me not to turn it off for any reason because it won't start again. THEN he told me that if I'm going to sit here for any longer that he advised me to lock me and Jeremy up in the cab and not answer the door to anyone, I asked him "why?", he went on to tell me that the weekend before there was a truck driver and his wife murdered and they had a little baby left there to starve. Guess what, I got the heck out of there and head straight for home. That was my last trip. Now there are hundreds of women driving. I have one other story to add to this but at a later day. It is a sad one and a long one to tell. I wonder if my son remembers ever riding in my truck for those 3 summers?

Stephanie's Text Message to her brother, Jeremy and his response

Stephanie thought she would pull a fast one on Jeremy. It kind of back fired on her. This is how it went.

"HAY BUBBA DO ME A FAVOR TEXT ME RIGHT BACK JUST HI OR SOMETHING MY FRIENDS DON'T BELIEVE THAT RETARDS CAN TEXT........STEPHANIE"

BUBBA'S RESPONSE-"YES SIS YOU DID VERY WELL TEXTING ME THIS TIME, BUT I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT MENTALLY CHALLENGED WAS MORE POLITE TO CALL YOU!"
